You always have another lap left in you.
So proud of myself! That little voice inside my head telling me to get my ass into high gear is getting stronger and so is my stamina! Loooving it!!! “Quit running to walk and you’ll stay the same you are now, push it and you’ll only get better.” is on repeat in my head during runs and its definitely working. :)
1 note2 miler with my nephew Silas in 100+ degrees on a very sunny July 4th afternoon! Feeling goood! Feeling happy! And feeling healthier! (:
Side note: I’m exhausted and look like poo. Don’t judge me.
Ruuunnnn
Cannot wait until my ass is back in shape for a half marathon.
I kicked ass.
I seriously worked my butt off. I had shoulders and arms along with ab ripper x. During ab ripper I felt like a fish out of water, flopping around during sit ups because my stomach kept giving out mid crunch. Then I went out and ran a mile or so… I want to look FUCKING AWESOME when I go to San Diego in September so I’m giving it my all. I’m also drinking Shakeology for breakfast and that’s supposed to help the pounds fall off. Can’t wait for my results!!
0 notesGet in the right state of mind and all shall be fine.
Ruuuuun!
Totally how I felt during my run tonight. I ran about two miles and let alone ran for the first time in MONTHS like actually ran and didn’t stop forty million times. I felt AWESOME and that little voice in the back of my head kept telling me to push it and not stop no matter how much I wanted to. I even got some sprints in like a badass. My cross country days from five years ago are slowly making their way to the surface and P90X is helping! Loving my life right now. (:
love.
Steve Prefontaine is the best person to think of and look up to when working out. He NEVER gave up on his dreams and set goals and wouldn’t quit on them until they were reached. Truly an inspiration in so many ways!
Year after year, ever since I quit cross country my freshman year of high school, I have been promising myself that I would get back into running. Well, its my sophomore year of college and better late than never right?
Run through it all!
Push through it.
Perfect.
